Recommended to Authors and Companies who would like to promote their novels via artworks and use the illustrations for
pre-order campaigns, include them in their book, and sell them.
Portrait
200 USD with a plain background
260 USD with a medium-level background
300 USD with a complex background
+ 50% per additional character

Montage Piece
A montage piece contains more than one category: half body + portraits or full body and half body, etc. If a montage piece has
a medium-level background and contains
1 half body and 1 portrait, then the base price is a half body with a medium-level background (420 USD) plus the half price of the portrait with a medium-level background (130 USD), then the final price is 420 + 130 = 550 USD

By commissioning me, you’re agreeing to the terms of service below

General terms

â—† Commission request must be made via my email address: vivien.gintner@icloud.com
â—† I reserve the right to decline any commission request.

Payment
​
â—† Payment is made via PayPal/ Wise/ Revolut.
â—† You will need to pay the first half of the payment before I start the commission, and the last half
after I have finished it.

Process
​
â—† After I accept the commission, I will require an image size preference and references.
For example: fancasts, Pinterest boards, character appearance, personality, clothing descriptions,
poses you might like, important symbols, etc.
Please note that each illustration is different, so the process may change
Step 1: I'll send the contract.
Step 2: I’ll send the invoice through PayPal/ Wise/ Revolut.
Step 3: After I receive the first half of the price, I will send the sketch/sketches (at this stage, you can request any changes)
Step 4: The line art
Step 5: Colour mock-ups
Step 6: 70- 80 % of the artwork (I usually add clothing details, accessories here. You can request minor changes.
Step 7: Second invoice through PayPal
Step 8: The finished illustration
You will get the image in high-quality JPEG, PNG, PDF, or PSD (The image resolution is 350-600 dpi.)
